This follows guidelines issued on 6 Feb, marking the 150th anniversary of the national song. Everyone stood at attention during the rendition. 🫡

Interesting background: the first two stanzas were recognised as the National Song by the Indian National Congress in 1937, and the Constituent Assembly formally recognised it in 1950.
