West Indies bring in Motie and bowl; India unchanged

India are on a ten-match winning streak in T20Is

Toss West Indies choose to bowl vs India

Shai Hope did what has seemed improbable - win a toss against Shreyas Iyer - and decided to do what you do in India: chase in a night game. India confirmed they would have chased themselves had they had the opportunity. A lot of dew was anticipated in the higher altitude of Ranchi.

India resisted the temptation of including Prince Yadav in place of Mayank Yadav, who didn't have a great game in Lucknow. West Indies did make one change, though, adding the left-arm spin of Gudakesh Motie at the expense of Matthew Forde.

India, who are currently on a ten-match winning streak in T20Is, last lost a series at home in 2019. They currently lead the five-match T20I series 1-0.
